Are you feeling anxious? This app helps you sleep with the voice of the vegan TikTok star Tabitha Brown
The vegan Tik Tok star and actress Tabitha Brown star in a new sleep story, “Slowing Down with Tabitha Brown,” which is available on the Internet Quiet app. “I have a story to share with you, if that’s okay. It’s about being true to yourself and following your dreams,” says Brown in the story of peaceful sleep. “Now come with me while I get you on to today’s sleep story. “While the rest of the story is available only to subscribers to Calm, Brown takes the audience on an encouraging walk through the North Carolina forest.
Brown is the latest in a line of stars – including Harry Styles, Lebron James, and Lucy Liu – who are working with Calm to create original content that subscribers can access through the app. Brown’s collaboration was recently spotted on a video billboard ad in New York’s Times Square that the vegan star shared about them Instagram page: “OMG, family, I’m in on a billboard @ Timessquarenyc … Now I have to figure out how to get to NY to take a picture. “
Brown’s rise to fame
Brown’s partnership with Calm is a natural fit as she is quickly gaining fame through social media that includes not only vegan cooking videos but regular check-ins where Brown shares wisdom in her soothing voice. Since Brown first became known in 2017 after sharing a video of himself eating a “TTLA” sandwich from Whole Foods, she has gained more than 10 million social media followers. Just last month, Brown received the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Social Media Personality.
In April 2020, Brown signed with the Creative Artists Agency (CAA) – one of Hollywood’s top talent agencies – and has since become known outside of social media. She has made guest appearances on shows such as Steve Harvey’s web series Steve on guard and Watch Red Table Talk on Facebook, hosted by Jada Pinkett Smith and family. The vegan actress joins the cast of the Showtime series The chi when it returns in May for its fourth season, and she also has her own show called All love on the Ellen Network. On September 28th, Brown will publish her first vegan cookbook, Feed the soul (because it’s my business).
