We hope this taco pop-up is received with the same enthusiasm,” Ronnen told VegNews. “Being a gourmet restaurant during a pandemic, many of us do [Crossroads Kitchen] Dishes don’t travel well. Unfortunately, when you look at all of the restaurants that do well, they’re fast food – most independent fine dining restaurants are temporarily or permanently closed. So offering comfort food or fast food has changed the game for us. It also got us to create things we never thought possible, like our new homemade hot peppers. “
