Next Level Burger opens a vegan chicken chain with locations across the country
Today is the first location of the new vegan chicken chain Next Level Clucker (NLC) Open for delivery and collection in San Francisco. The new restaurant serves a menu with an emphasis on vegan chicken like The Mother Clucker (a sandwich of double-stacked vegan chicken patties with organic guacamole, pickled jalapeños, organic tempeh bacon, pepper-jack cheese, and organic jalapeño hot sauce and mayonnaise). ;; Nashville Fire TenderClucks (spicy vegan chicken wings served with organic french fries and creamy coleslaw); and Chili’n’Chz Cluck Fries (crinkle-cut fries, smothered in cheddar cheese, drizzled with sour cream and topped with spring onions). NLC also offers family and kids dishes, chicken salads, side dishes, and a variety of milkshakes.

NLC was created by the vegan chain Next Level Burger (NLB)was founded in 2014 in Bend, OR by the couple Matthew and Cierra de Gruyter with the aim of providing healthy, plant-based fast food to customers in their community. Through a partnership with Whole Foods Market, NLB has since expanded to several locations outside of Oregon, including outposts in Washington, California, New York and Texas. Further locations will follow.
